Brook Lane Cottages

Welcome to Brook Lane Cottages...

just a short walk from the beach, for your family vacation.

We have 7 winterized cottages available this year, one 3 bedroom and six 2 bedroom. Four of the cottages face Brook Lane, between Elgin and Market Sts., and will be referred to as Brook Lane Cottages #1 - #4. The other three cottages, corner of Brook Lane and Market St., face Market St. and will be referred to as Market St. Cottages #5 - #7.

All cottages are air conditioned. They are spacious and clean with fully equipped kitchens including fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, and all necessary dishes, cutlery and saucepans. Please remember to bring your own sheets, blankets and towels. Pillows are supplied.

All of our cottages are smoke free inside. In consideration of other guests, we ask that noise be kept to an acceptable level.

Brook Lane Cottages #1 - #4

The main bedrooms have a double bed, the second bedrooms have single size bunk beds. All have a full 3pc. bathroom. The living rooms have either a pullout or futon couch and satellite TV.

Outside there are patios with picnic table, gas BBQ and cooking utensils.

We live next door and will be available to provide any assistance our guests may need.

Brook Lane Cottages

Market St. Cottages #5 - #7

These cottages are furnished like the Brook Lane cottages with the exception of the second bedrooms. They are large enough to accommodate a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a single on the top. Cottage #5 is a little more spacious than #6 and #7. 

Pets may be allowed in cottage #7. Please refer to our Pets page for further information.
